Carter GM Burnaby is currently accepting applications for Call Centre Agents. The ideal candidate will be very organized, excel with written and verbal communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details:
- Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
- Confidently recommend/promote services
- Outbound customer satisfaction calls
- Respond to customer email & chats
- Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
- Log customer information and purify database
Requirements:
- Experience handling in/outbound calls
- Call centre and inside sales experience is a plus
- Coachable and trainable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization & ability to multi-task
- Thrive in fast paced environment
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong computer and internet skills
Additional Information:
- Hours: Full-time position
